If you like cross-country skiing, the Kimberley Nordic trail system trail network consists of a variety of double track set trails of varying degrees of difficulty and length, complete with centre skating lanes. There are also a variety of single track set secondary trails and a 3.3 kilometer lit loop for night skiing.
The fun is not limited to the winter months, this area is the definition of a 4 season playground. There are 15 golf courses in the immediate area, including the world renown Trickle Creek, which is an astonishing 2 minutes away from Timberstone!
